Important Values for a Pastoral care team

In my view a successful Pastoral care team sholud be first and foremost student centred.It should be accessible to the whole school community. The team has to be impartial, non judgemental and responsive.

    I would have to agree with those values Kevin. I don't think it would be a very effective pastoral care team unless these values were present.
